Hey Kati and Kinions!
Lately I’ve been having a lot of stress in my life and when I’m stressed I restrict, lately a lot more than usual. I got better for a bit, but it seems now whenever I eat I don’t want to throw up so I eat as little as possible. I don’t know what to do anymore… It seems my team is waiting for me to be in a crisis before anyone will help me! What should I do to stop restricting and panicking whenever I eat?
