Going and Going and feeling overwhemed!

    I feel like I’m constantly running on almost a full tank all the time then when I try and take a self care day I feel guilty and think about all the the things I have to get done. But once something is too overwhelming I am an emotional mess and cry and can’t take it. Any advice?! How do I not feel guilt and lower my tank!
